Board Meetings
Per the ArkSHA Bylaws in Article VI, the Board of Directors shall meet a minimum of six times per year. The meetings of the Board of Directors shall be open, except when an Executive Session is called by the President. Board business may be conducted by any communication medium.
Information for each meeting can be found below. If you would like the ArkSHA board to discuss an item, please email arksha@arksha.org.
